The Site and its content are provided for informational purposes to help you learn about Unlimited Systems’ products and services. Product and Service Agreements
These Terms govern use of the public marketing Site only. Use of Unlimited Systems software products (including Unlimited Financials, Unlimited EDI Switch, Unlimited Engagement, Unlimited API, and Unlimited AI) is governed by separate customer agreements and, where applicable, Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) executed with your organization.
No Warranties
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unlimited Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
Governing Law
